The Swiss water process:

The Swis water process of decafination is one of a couple of chemical-free decafinating processes for coffee.  Most of the traditional methods for decafination utilize chemicals like methylene chloride, which have been deemed as having safe levels by the Food and Drug Administration. However, with the Swiss water process, there is no chemical.  Check them out
